Tommy Haddock is Co-Founder and President of Tri-Arc Food Systems, Inc. He began his career with Bojangles' as the operating partner of Tri-Arc. He fulfilled the role of Unit Director in the first unit in Selma, North Carolina from January 1980 until April 1981 when a second unit opened. Tommy still considers his strength in restaurant operations and remains instrumental in the day-to-day activities of providing Bojangles customers with great food and service.
Tommy received his B.S. degree from North Carolina State University in 1973 and worked for Carolina Power and Light Company for six years prior to starting his restaurant career as a Bojangles franchisee.
Mr. Haddock has been actively involved in the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association, serving as the Chair of the Board in 2003, and receiving the Association Restaurateur of the Year Award in 2006.
